On Thursday you can showcase your products and solutions in the exhibition area as well as give a presentation about your newest innovations in the lecture hall on Thursday. You can also offer individual trainings and workshops on Wednesday.

To make it perfect we need your support!

We hope you want to support the prodyTel Networked Media Days (and by that your brand in Germany as well). If so, please fill out the registration form.

Please send Marcus Hammerbacher an overview of your concept for your exhibition space and any other possible events around NMD you might think of as soon as possible. We also hope you are willing to give a presentation. This information will allow us to perfectly coordinate all partners to get the best out of the event for all of us.

A big advantage of this flexible concept is that we can tailor it more and more to the needs of our attendees, but as well to your needs. We can create three exciting days! BUT to make this happen we need YOUR input and ideas as well! Any idea is welcome!

By adding more ideas and through early communication of these ideas we will be able increase the impact of the event in the German market. Presentations, Lectures or Discussions should ideally be held in German language and take 20 minutes at the max.

We ask you to give value-added presentations that show your knowledge and present value to our participants! Please avoid pure, standard sales pitches! To attract as many participants as possible for this event and to ensure a good planning an early commitment of our partners is essential.

Thank you for supporting the event as Networked Media Days only work as a Team event. The more partners believe in the event the more content, ideas and budget is available making NMD a super interesting and successful event.

Unfortunately, the hotel and event costs increased around 30% in 2023 so we won´t be able to offer gold and silver packages anymore but needed to create one partner event package costing 6.000.-€ (including exhibition space, food & drinks, presentation, 4 hotel nights)

Please keep in mind that all room bookings as well as bookings for additional booth equipment (we will have a rental partner available for your requests) will be coordinated by Dietmar Kusnyarik.

If you want to book a hotel room for and/or a showroom for any of the days, please get in touch with Dietmar (“Didi”/”DK”). He will also be able to assist you with the projected costs with you. 4 hotel nights will be already included in your package.

• Can be made starting from 2023/05/08
• The door to the storage room is approx. 80 cm wide and approx. 2 m high
• Pallet shipments or flight cases must be arranged directly with the hotel on an individual basis
• There may be space for this in the checkroom

Cancelation policy:

• Cancellation of the event by prodyTel due to COVID restrictions of the federal government: As soon as costs incur for prodyTel Distribution GmbH by external services, we reserve the right to charge up to 25% of the respective booked package (maximum of 1.500,- €) to the respective partner.
• Invoicing: The invoice for participation in the Networked Media Days will be issued after the event has taken place and must be paid within 14 days of receipt of the invoice.
• Side Events: Each partner that decides to organize a side-Event is responsible for its booking, organization and execution and must bear himself all costs of his event.
