The Networked Media Days are a perfect presentation and networking platform. They are suitable for product demonstrations as well as to find new customers for your brand.

But there is much more!

During the three days, you can invite your customers, show and explain your products, give workshops or hands-on sessions as well as show your product highlights in your own space!

During the main day of the NMD on Thursday 5th of May you will have your own space and an optional presentation slot (depending on sponsorship package gold or silver) in front of around 150 top-class guests. There will also be perfect networking possibilities at the blueDinner and afterwards at the open bar. Feel free to use the 4th of May also for your own special events and trainings.

Possible Product launches:

New products or product features will increase the attractiveness of the event and the positive impact it will have for you.

Therefore, we ask you to use the Networked Media Days 2022 also as a platform for new product and feature introductions.

Every new product -even only a new feature- announcement makes the event more interesting for possible participants and therefore more successful for all of us!

In case you commit to the Gold package, we would ask you to send us an overview of your presentation for 5th of May and your concept for your exhibition space and any other possible events around NMD you might think of. This will allow us to perfectly coordinate all partners to get the best out of the event for everybody.

A big advantage of the concept is that we can extend / adapt it way more than just the main event. We can build three complete days of networking and trainings, like at ISE or Infocomm, BUT to make this happen we need YOUR input and ideas as well!

By adding more ideas and through early communication of these ideas we will heavily increase the impact of the event in the German market.

All our prodyTel top customers as well as AV & IT consultants are personally invited by their regional sales manager. The prodyTel inside sales team will run coordinated personal promotions via phone and E-Mail. AVIXA is hosting a consultant event during NMD (probably on Friday).

Any giveaways you might have, are very welcome for the “NMD goodie-bags” (Ideally around 200 of them). So, we make sure our visitors take home not only great ideas from you as well as great gifts!

The event will be only as good as we will be as a team!

So we need you as well to promote the Networked Media Days as much as you can!

Become part of the event!

We offer you two participation options, one including a presentation in the main auditorium.


Presentations should ideally be held in German language and take 20 minutes at the max.

We ask you to give value-added presentations that show your knowledge and present value to our participants! Please avoid pure, standard sales pitches!

To attract as many participants as possible for this event and to ensure a good planning an early commitment of our partners is essential.

You have the possibility to offer your customers your own event.

Participating partners are encouraged to offer independent trainings and events of their own the day before and after the main event. Trainings and break-out sessions on the day of the main event are an option.  Around 20 additional conference rooms are available for individual booking.

Your additional event must be organized on your own. Obviously, we are available anytime in case you need our help with the organization.

    • Delivery of the equipment:
      • Can be made starting from 2022/05/02
      • The door to the storage room is approx. 80 cm wide and approx. 2 m high
      • Pallet shipments or flight cases must be arranged directly with the hotel on an individual basis

    • Cancellation policy:
      • Cancellation of the event by prodyTel due to COVID restrictions of the federal government: As soon as costs incur for prodyTel Distribution GmbH by external services, we reserve the right to charge up to 25% of the respective booked package (maximum of 1.000,- €) to the respective partner.
      • Invoicing: The invoice for participation in the Networked Media Days will be issued after the event has taken place and must be paid within 14 days of receipt of the invoice.

      • Side Events: Each partner that decides to organize a side-Event is responsible for its booking, organization and execution and has to bear himself all costs of his event.

    More questions:

    • I need electricity at my booth?  – one socket will be available at each booth, multiple sockets must be brought along by yourself
    • What are the dimensions of the tables? – You can choose between a high table (diameter 60 cm) and a banquet table (LxW 120 x 60 cm)
    • One table is not enough for me – please contact Dietmar
    • Do I need a tablecloth? – ideally you should have one with your own logo, otherwise the hotel or prodyTel will have neutral white ones
    • Who is taking care of the accommodation/Where can I book my hotel room? – Please send an email to Dietmar with the persons who need a room and the date of arrival and departure
    • Payment of the hotel rooms? – In the partner packages overnight stays are included, unless more overnight stays are needed, these costs will be charged to prodyTel
    • Can breakfast be taken out of the room rate? – No, this is unfortunately not possible
    • What is the parking situation on site? – There is plenty of parking space in front of the hotel
    • Can I store empty cases/cartons during the event? – There is a room (Nagano I) available as storage space for the whole week
    • Can I send goods/exhibits in advance? – Goods can be sent to prodyTel from April onwards until end of April latest or directly to the hotel starting from Monday 2nd of May (Nagano I storage room – max. 80 cm width ->door)
    • Can prodyTel provide exhibit items/equipment? – No, please bring what equipment you would like to display or contact Dietmar for our external rental & event service contact
    • Do I need a banner/rollup for my booth?- prodyTel provides a rollup for each manufacturer, you are free to bring and use your own materials
    • I need additional technology for my stand (display/truss etc.) – Please contact Diemtar, he will refer you to an external service provider
    • I would like to rent my own room for demos/seminars – please contact Dietmar with your requirements
    • Can I order catering/food for my own seminar via prodyTel? – Yes, but these costs will be charged separately and are not included in the partner package
